I would recomand to friends staying here. I liked staff and rooms here. The location was unbeatable, for example, Fallsview Casino was just a short walk away from the hotel. Overall it was neat and updated with a view. The staff were attentive all the time.

a good experience. great rooms and effecient staff. would stay again..

could use a more family style resturant. good breakfast, for instance, there really no place nearby for a good breakfast. the starbucks coffee doesnt do it.. a bar for evenings would be nice.some place to enjoy a drink in the hotel.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and roomy. We enjoyed the view very much. Thank you.

The elevators were pretty slow; ended up taking the stairs a few times. The restrooms off the lobby were quite dirty and unkempt at times.
